Headquartered in Australia, Worley is a global professional services company of energy, chemicals and resources experts.
Previously, Aanchal served as Director – People Team at Worley India, leading the HR function for the 7,000-strong engineering consulting services organization. She focused on aligning people strategy with business objectives, with a strong emphasis on talent management, leadership development, and building workforce capabilities across operations, engineering, and other enabling functions.
Overall, Aanchal brings over 20 years of experience in talent management and leadership development, driving HR strategy, talent acquisition, business partnering, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion across diverse businesses and teams. Before joining Worley, Aanchal held senior leadership roles at Tata Motors, including Head of HR for Passenger & Electric Vehicles and Deputy General Manager – Talent Management & Diversity & Inclusion. She made significant strategic contributions in talent management, capability building, and diversity initiatives. Her career also includes key leadership positions at Firstsource and formative HR experience at Wipro.
Academically, Aanchal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
