Wipro Promotes Dennis Sehgal to HR Director

Wipro has promoted Dennis Sehgal to Human Resources (HR) Director.

This milestone is a tribute to the incredible people who’ve walked beside me, guided me, and lifted me up every step of the way,” Sehgal shared on LinkedIn, going on to thank his co-workers and seniors for all of their help and guidance.

“This promotion is not just an individual achievement; it’s a shared success with every person who stood by me. Thank you for being my village. Here’s to dreaming bigger, pushing further, and walking forward together!!” Sehgal added.

Sehgal has been a part of Wipro for over four years. He joined the company in May 2021 as a Senior Manager, working as a global business HR leader. Through his skills in various HR verticals, he was able to contribute significantly to the company’s operations while learning from others.

Prior to Wipro, Sehgal worked for Deloitte India’s office in the United States of America (USA) as an Executive Manager. He joined the multinational company in May 2016 and was associated with it until August 2019. From December 2012 to May 2016, Sehgal worked for UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Human Capital Consultant.

For over nine years, Sehgal was an employee at Genpact. He joined the company in October 2003 as a Manager of HR, a role he retained until December 2012.
