Waterfield Advisors Appoints Saurabh Arora as MD and CHRO

Waterfield Advisors has appointed Saurabh Arora as Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

With over two decades of experience, Arora is well-versed in the ins and outs of financial services. In his new role, he will be responsible for the company’s HR strategy, including organisational development, recruitment, retention and performance management. With his expertise, Arora will help in shaping a future-ready HR ecosystem and talent strategies, aligning with Waterfield’s vision to become a high-performing, agile, and values-driven organisation

Prior to Waterfield Advisors, Arora was working at Russell Investments as Director and Head of HR, India, having taken up the position in July 2024.

For over 17 years, Arora was a part of Morgan Stanley. He joined the company in May 2007 as Executive Director of Human Resources and retained the position until July 2024. Arora also served as Vice President, Human Resources from March 2015 to July 2015 in Hong Kong as a short-term assignment.

In the past, Arora was also associated with JPMorgan Chase. He joined the company through a summer internship (May 2005 to July 2005) and then worked as a Team Leader, HR Business Partner (from November 2005 to May 2007). From May 2002 to April 2004, Arora was with American Express as Senior Analyst – Cardmember Disputes.
