Vishakha Group has named Rajiv Arora as its President and Group CHRO. Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the 20-year-old conglomerate is a leading national player with a growing global presence. In his new role, Rajiv will drive HR strategy and people transformation across Vishakha’s businesses in flexible packaging, renewable energy, irrigation, and material handling. His leadership will play a crucial role in strengthening the Group’s people-first culture and supporting its sustainable global growth.
Prior to joining Vishakha Group, Rajiv Arora worked with the Adani Group as Group Head – HR, Talent, and Leadership Development, where he played a key role in strengthening leadership and driving cultural transformation at one of India’s largest conglomerates.
Overall, Rajiv brings over three decades of experience in Strategic HR, Talent Management, Executive Coaching, HR Business Partnership, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Rewards. He has also incubated new businesses and led cultural transformation across organizations. Rajiv has also been associated with Mercer and was instrumental in launching the Virgin Mobile brand in India through innovative people practices. His early career spans roles at Tata Steel, BSES Delhi, Hewitt Associates, IBM, and Tata Power-DDL.
