Vertis Infrastructure Trust has appointed Jonathan D’Souza as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Vertis Infrastructure Trust (Previously Highways Infrastructure Trust),” D’Souza shared on LinkedIn.
D’Souza has over 20 years of experience across HR operations. He has led cross-functional teams to enable technology enhancements, sales analytics & corporate strategy, and has handled complex assignments such as cultural integration, business unit setup, mergers, rationalisation/rightsizing & grievance redressal.
From November 2019 to October 2025, D’Souza was a part of Welspun On. He served as the company’s CHRO for six years. D’Souza was also associated with Welspon World from November 2019 to December 2021 as Group Head CoE – Talent & Rewards & Head HR – Welspun One.
In September 2016, D’Souza joined Logistic Integrators as a Consultant and retained the position until December 2021. He was also a part of Tech Mahindra Business Services from February 2015 to September 2016 as Head – Corporate HR. From January 2012 to August 2014, D’Souza was associated with HR Anexi as Principal Consultant – HR Advisory & Outsourcing. Additionally, he has worked for Hutchinson Global Services and ING Investment Management.
