Vertex Group has appointed Puneeta Rajwant as Senior Vice President (SVP), Organisational Development & Business Support.

With over 25 years of experience, Rajwant is well-versed in workplace management, travel, transport, security & compliance, engagement and employee relations. She is a transformational, result-driven, strategic people leader who has worked in several capacities across diverse commodities, achieved record-high customer satisfaction rankings, and earned exceptional performance appraisals.
Prior to joining Vertex Group, Rajwant was a part of R1 RCM. She worked there from August 2023 to June 2025 as Associate Director (Country Head), Facilities & Real Estate.
For over 10 years, Rajwant was associated with Teleperformance India. She joined the company in March 2013 as Director – Talent Excellence. In January 2016, Rajwant was appointed as Senior Director HR. This was followed by her becoming Vice President in March 2017.
From September 2005 to November 2011, Rajwant worked for DELL International Services as Site Program Manager. She was also with Convergys from April 2002 to September 2005 as a Team Manager.
