VerSe Innovation has appointed Rohit Sandal as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Prior to joining VerSe Innovation, Sandal had been a part of Freshworks for five years. He started at the company in November 2020 as Senior Director of HR. In March 2022, he was appointed as Vice President of Human Resources. From April 2015 to November 2020, Sandal served as Director and CHRO for Lenovo India.
Sandal had been with Dell for 11 years, having joined as Compensation & Benefits Manager in May 2004. In August 2008, he was elevated to the position of Compensation & Benefits Director. This was followed by Sandal being appointed as Dell’s HR Director in February 2012, a role he held until April 2015.
From March 2003 to May 2004, Sandal worked for Mercer Senior Consultant. He was also a Consultant for the company from May 1998 to December 2002. Additionally, Sandal was affiliated with Agilent Technologies International from 2001 to 2002 as Compensation & Benefits Manager
