Venus Remedies announced that it has completed its Graduation Ceremony 2025, held in alignment with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), with 150 employees graduating from structured skilling and capability-building programmes across multiple Skill Sector Councils.
The graduating cohort comprised employees certified under the Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council (LSSSDC), Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (THSC), Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC), and the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Sector Skill Council (BFSI SSC).
Venus said that the programme focused on learning interventions, including role-specific training modules, assessment readiness programmes, and mentorship-led knowledge sharing. The outcomes of these assessments are being leveraged to identify skill gaps, strengthen succession planning, and design targeted development pathways aligned with future leadership and business needs.
According to the official communique, this idea was aimed at developing a workforce that is industry-ready for both the present and future. The initiative underlines the company’s focus to support India’s drive for global pharmaceutical leadership while aligning with national priorities, including the Skill India Mission, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
“This initiative goes beyond certification. It is about enabling our people to think, lead, and innovate in a rapidly transforming pharmaceutical landscape. By fostering a culture of continuous upskilling, we are strengthening individual growth while building organisational resilience for the future,” said Akshansh Chaudhary, Executive Director and Chief Technical Officer, Venus Remedies.
