Vee Technologies has appointed Preeta Bahugune as Vice President (VP) – Human Resources (HR).

With over 25 years of experience across India, ASEAN, Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines, Bahugane is a well-known and trusted name within the HR sphere. She is known for designing and delivering people strategies that accelerate business transformation, digital innovation, and growth across cloud, software, and tech product sectors.
Prior to joining Vee Technologies, Bahugane had been a part of Altair for over 17 years. From August 2008 to September 2025, she served as the company’s Director – HR. In this role, she provided end-to-end solutions in the people management space and drove solutions that enable credible talent management processes through the employee life cycle.
From April 2005 to August 2008, Bahugane was working with PA Consulting as Senior Human Resources Manager. She was also a part of NIIT Technologies from January 2004 to April 2005 as HR Manager. Bahugane was affiliated with Trigyn Technologies from May 2003 to January 2004 as Assistant Manager, Human Resources.
In May 2002, Bahugane joined Magcom Internet as Assistant Manager, Human Resources. She also worked with L&T Technology Services from June 2000 to May 2002 as Senior Executive, Human Resources.
