Vee Healthtek has appointed Anish Philip as Chief People Officer.
With over 27 years of experience, Philip is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive and grow. Over the years, he has led company-wide digital transformations, along with developing and executing a people strategy that aligns with business objectives and the company culture.
Prior to joining Vee Healthtek, Philp was a part of Movate. He worked as the company’s Chief People Officer from April 2022 to November 2025. Philip was also a member of the NHRD Bangalore Chapter from August 2023 to August 2025, serving as Hon. President. From March 2020 to April 2022, Philip served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Marlabs.
For over 18 years, though not consecutively, Philip was associated with Mindtree. He first joined the company in November 2000 as General Manager, People Function, and held the role until April 2014. He rejoined in January 2015 as Vice President – People Function until December 2019. During his time at Mindtree, Philip also served as Hon. Secretary of the NHRD Bangalore Chapter from July 2017 to July 2019.
From May 2014 to January 2015, Philip worked for Sasken as Head – Human Resources. He was also affiliated with Ernst & Young (EY) as a Consultant from November 1999 to November 2000.
