Vasudha Pharma Chem has appointed Punam Attar as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Attar brings over two decades of experience in human resources and administration across the pharmaceuticals and life sciences sectors. She is an alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur.
Prior to Vasudha Chem, Attar was a part of Granules India, where she served as Lead — HR and Admin since March 2024. Her career began at Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, where she joined in 2006 as a Production Associate. By January 2011, she had transitioned into HR, being promoted to Team Leader — Warehouse Operations.
In April 2014, Attar moved into the HR function full-time as Assistant Manager — Human Resources, a role she grew into over the next several years. Attar spent a total of 14 years with Dr Reddy’s before stepping out in 2020. She then joined Abbott as Admin Manager in September 2020, adding operations experience to her HR background. Attar moved to MSN Laboratories in February 2023 as Site HR Lead.
