Uno Minda has appointed Hiten Patil as Head HR & Admin.

In his new role, Patil will oversee HR and administrative functions at the company’s Dekawada, Gujarat facility. He will focus on strengthening workforce operations, compliance, and people practices, focusing on both people and company objectives.
Prior to joining Uno Minda, Patil was associated with Motherson Group. He joined the company in December 2023 as Head HR & Admin and held the role until December 2025.
From May 2021 to July 2022, Patil was a part of Mutual Industries, serving as Head – HR and Admin in Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. He was also associated with Vissco Rehabilitation Aids as Manager HR and Admin from May 2021 to July 2022.
In October 2017, Patil joined Remsons Industries as Assistant Manager HR, retaining the role until May 2021. He was also affiliated with Wind World India from September 2012 to October 2017 as a Human Resources Executive.
