Uno Minda has appointed Garima Garg as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Prior to Uno Minda, Garg was a part of ReNew. She joined the company in December 2020 as Vice President of HR and Talent Head. In December 2022, Garg was elevated to the role of Senior Vice President and Head HR Projects and O&M. She went on to become Senior Vice President and Head HR Solar Projects and Manufacturing in April 2024.
In January 2025, Garg was appointed as CHRO of ReNew Manufacturing, showcasing her skills as a leader in the HR domain.
From January 2017 to December 2020, Garg was affiliated with Deloitte as a Director. Before that, she was a Consulting expert for Korn Ferry Hay Group from April 2011 to January 2017. From November 2006 to November 2008, Garg was a Principal Consultant at PwC.
In the past, Garg was also affiliated with HSBC as Manager, Learning and Development, a role she held from March 2003 to March 2005. She was also once an employee of Genpact, having worked at the company in 2005 as Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner.
