UltraTech Cement, part of the Aditya Birla Group, has promoted Garima Bihani to BCOE Head Talent, Learning, Organization Effectiveness, effective July 2025.

Bihani has been a part of UltraTech Cement for over 8 years. She joined the company in July 2017 as Program Manager- Merger and Acquisition, retaining the position until April 2018. In May 2018, Bihani became Manager Employee Relations, holding the role until June 2019.
From June 2019 to December 2021, Bihani worked with UltraTech Cement as Program Manager- Merger and Acquisition. This was followed by her working as HR Head- RMC and Key Accounts from December 2021 to September 2025.
Bihani’s association with the Aditya Birla Group began in October 2016, when she joined Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail as Human Resource Leadership Associate. In February 2017, Bihani switched to Aditya Birla Management Corporation in the same position until June 2017.
In June 2016, Bihani joined Novelis and worked as a Human Resource Leadership Associate in Atlanta, Georgia, until October 2016. From July 2012 to June 2013, she was associated with Airtel as Executive Finance-Africa Operations.
