Trent has appointed Aravind C as Retail HR Head – Zudio.

With over 12 years of experience, Aravind is well-versed in recruitment, resourcing & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee welfare and administration. He is also experienced in implementing HR systems and policies, and in conducting training programs to enhance employee productivity and build committed teams.
Prior to joining Trent, Aravind was a part of Landmark Group. From August 2022 to December 2025, he was part of the company as Head – Retail HR, Lifestyle International – Easybuy.
Aravind was associated with Arvind Lifestyle Brand for over 4 years. He joined the company in April 2018 as Regional Manager HR – Tamil Nadu & Kerala. This was followed by Aravind becoming Head – Retail HR, Unlimited, in January 2021. In September 2021, he was given the role of Head HR – Unlimited, a position he held until September 2021.
For over five years, Aravind was also a part of Reliance Retail. He started as Department Manager, Operations in February 2013. In February 2014, Aravind became Store Manager and was later promoted to Deputy Manager, Human Resources – Tamil Nadu in August 2015. He held the latter role until April 2018.
