TRC Consulting has appointed Shivali Tandon as Director – People & Culture and Member of the Board of Directors, marking a key milestone in the firm’s journey to strengthen its human capital and organizational transformation capabilities. In her new role, Shivali will lead transformation efforts across TRC Consultation, the firm’s consulting vertical, by embedding a people-first philosophy into strategic and operational initiatives.

Shivali brings over 15 years of diverse experience spanning Fintech, FMCG, Biotech, IT, and Consulting sectors. Previously, Shivali was associated with Success Pact Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President – People & Process, where she played a key role in driving people strategies and operational excellence. She has a proven track record of aligning people strategies with business goals, building scalable and agile HR frameworks, and leading high-impact organizational transformations. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in shaping workplace cultures rooted in engagement, performance, and inclusion.
Shivali has also held key roles at organizations such as Clensta and Icreon Communications Pvt. Ltd. Academically, she has completed an Executive Management Development Program in Strategic Leadership from IIM Lucknow, an MBA in Human Resources from Annamalai University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Symbiosis, Pune.
