Toyota Kirloskar Motor has appointed Vasudevan Srijin as Head of Human Resources – Retail Division. In his new role, Srijin will lead HR initiatives for the retail segment, with a focus on strengthening employee engagement, driving future-ready HR strategies, and supporting the company’s continued transformation and growth in the competitive automotive sector.
With over a decade of experience, Srijin brings well-rounded expertise in Human Resources Management. He has a strong track record in implementing HR policies and processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development through career and succession planning.He has extensive experience in effectively managing and resolving a wide range of employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and counseling matters. As a hands-on HR professional, he has successfully executed operations across diverse roles and locations, demonstrating agility beyond job titles or geographic limits.
Srijin has held key leadership positions at prominent organisations such as Apparel Group, Landmark Group, Raymond Limited, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., and Future Group India, where he led diverse teams across both India and the Middle East. He holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from VELS University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Vivekananda Arts & Science College.
