Torrent Power has appointed Anuj Shah as Vice President, Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to focus on people-led growth across its licensed power distribution operations.
In his new role, Shah will head the HR function, driving human capital strategy, talent development, organisational effectiveness, and workforce transformation in line with Torrent Power’s long-term business priorities.
Shah joins Torrent Power after an extensive tenure of nearly two decades at Intas Pharmaceuticals, where he held senior HR leadership positions, including Associate Vice President and Senior General Manager. During his time at Intas, he played a key role in shaping HR operations, leadership capability building, and enterprise-wide people strategies across a large and complex workforce.
With deep experience in human capital management and organisational transformation, Shah is expected to contribute significantly to strengthening Torrent Power’s people practices as the company navigates evolving business and workforce needs.
