Titagarh Rail Systems has appointed Shrija Chandak as the Chief Human Resources and Digital Officer.
In her dual leadership role, Chandak will oversee the organisation’s human resources agenda while also driving digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and future-ready capabilities. The appointment reflects Titagarh Rail Systems’ emphasis on aligning talent development with technology-led business transformation.
Chandak brings extensive experience in organisational development, talent strategy, and business-aligned HR leadership. Prior to joining Titagarh Rail Systems, she was associated with Amrit Cement Limited, where she played a key role in strengthening people practices and supporting organisational growth initiatives. She is also an alumna of Stanford University Graduate School of Business, adding global strategic perspective to her leadership profile.
