Times Network has appointed Ruchira Srivastava as the Head of Human Resources (HR).
With over 20 years of experience in the field of HR, Srivastava is a strategic leader who transforms HR practices to drive business growth. In the past, she has overseen strategies centred around talent acquisition, organisational development, and employee engagement. With her HR frameworks, Srivastava adheres to corporate goals, drives revenue, and improves operational efficiency. Thanks to her time and work within the HR and media industries, she has even won the CHRO of the Year award, along with many other accolades for media excellence.
Prior to Times Network, Srivastava was a part of Zee Media Corporation Limited for over twelve years. She joined the company in April 2013 as Assistant Vice President, a role she held until April 2021. She also became the Head of HR in October 2015. In April 2021, her responsibilities were combined under her title as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Srivastava also worked for Zee News from April 2009 to April 2013 as a Senior HR Manager. She was also with Bestochem Formulations from 2007 to 2009 as an HR Manager.
From November 2023 to April 2024, Srivastava was a part of The Wharton School’s Advanced Strategy and Leadership Program, where she learned more about business, management, marketing, and related support services. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) in HR Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
