Tilaknagar Industries has appointed Ina Bajwa as Chief People Officer.

“We are excited to welcome Ina Bajwa as Chief People Officer at Tilaknagar Industries,” the company stated. Ina brings with her over 22 years of experience in Human Resources across sectors, including retail, e-commerce, technology, banking, consulting, and infrastructure.”
Bajwa will be reporting to Amit Dahanukar, Chairman and Managing Director of Tilaknagar Industries, who also shared his thoughts on Bajwa’s appointment, stating, “Ina brings deep expertise in building high-performance organisations and leading large-scale people transformation initiatives. Her contribution will be invaluable as we continue to build a future-ready organisation, deepen talent depth and foster a culture that drives long-term growth and innovation.”
Prior to joining Tilaknagar Industries, Bajwa had been a part of Landmark Group, having joined in May 2025 as Group Head of Talent & Engagement | Retail.
For over 11 years, Bajwa was a part of the Tata Group, having served in various capacities from December 2013 to March 2025. She has also worked for companies such as Degreed, the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), HSBC, and Essar.
