ThoughtSpot has appointed Bhaskar Tiwari as Vice President, Global Total Rewards.

Before he joined ThoughtSpot, Tiwari was serving as Global Head of Rewards – PayU for Prosus Group, a position he obtained in April 2022. From November 2018 to April 2022, he was associated with Freshworks as Global Head of Total Rewards.
Tiwari was once a part of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, working as Global Head of Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management from September 2017 to August 2018. Before that, he was with Amdocs as Head – Compensation & Benefits – India & APAC from February 2016 to September 2017.
For over five years, Tiwari was associated with Cummins. He joined the company in September 2010 as General Manager – Compensation and Benefits, India, before becoming Global Compensation Manager in July 2014.
Tiwari was also associated with Mahindra Satyam for more than three years. He was appointed as Head – Performance Management System in December 2006 and then as Head – Global Compensation and Benefits in July 2008. In the past, Tiwari has also been associated with Bharti Airtel, Moser Baer India, Kadimi Tool, and Top Rankers Management Consultants.
