In his new role, Sandeep will spearhead the people and culture agenda—strengthening the organization’s foundation, fostering learning-driven practices, and nurturing a high-performance culture to power the company’s next phase of growth.
Prior to this, he served as Head of Human Resources at Spencer’s Retail, where he worked closely with the CEO and promoters on business turnaround initiatives—leading change management efforts and partnering with leadership teams to achieve measurable business results. With over 19 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development, he has led strategic people initiatives and culture transformation across leading global retail and QSR brands such as Spencer’s Retail, Lifestyle (Landmark Group – Middle East), and Domino’s Pizza India (Jubilant FoodWorks).
Sandeep brings a proven track record of driving impactful outcomes across areas such as people cost optimization, learning and development, employee engagement, and cultural transformation. He has successfully designed and implemented innovative, award-winning HR practices, along with effective communication strategies, cost-aligned talent acquisition models, and initiatives promoting diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility. An NLP Coach and a strong advocate of continuous learning, Sandeep has also completed the Future Leaders Certification from IIM Ahmedabad and is currently pursuing a PGDM-HRM (Emerging CHRO Program) at XLRI, Jamshedpur.
