The Den, Bengaluru has appointed Roberta Elsa Figueiredo as its new Director of Human Resources. In this new role, Roberta will focus on strengthening the hotel’s HR function, nurturing the talent pipeline, fostering a culture of learning and inclusion, and shaping a high-performing, future-ready workforce.
The Den, Bengaluru marks the first international venture of the renowned Israeli hospitality brand, Dan Hotels. The Dan Hotels group operates 18 deluxe properties across Israel and one in Bengaluru, India, with a total inventory of 3,669 rooms.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a strong commitment to people-centric leadership, Roberta brings valuable expertise in talent development, employee engagement, and driving organizational growth. Her blend of global exposure and local understanding is expected to play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence at the property.
Roberta has held senior HR leadership roles across prominent hospitality brands including Marriott, Hilton, Atmosphere Maldives, Conrad Bengaluru, and V&RO Hospitality. Most recently, she served as Country Leader – People & Culture at ARATT Developers and Ayatana Hospitalities. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about aligning HR initiatives with business goals to drive performance, profitability, and sustainable growth.
