TeXim.in, an AI-powered trade enablement platform for Indian exporters and importers, has appointed Abhishek Shrivastava as Director and Chief Strategy and People Officer, combining its growth strategy and people agenda under a single leadership mandate.

Shrivastava spent the period from October 2024 until this appointment working independently as a consultant, advisor and mentor across AI, HR technology and workforce transformation, guiding enterprises and global capability centres on AI adoption and digital HR. Before that, he spent nearly five years, from November 2019 to October 2024, as Vice President and External Talent Lead for India and Sri Lanka at Accenture, where he managed external workforce operations worth more than $100 million across volume and lateral hiring. His broader career spans more than 25 years across workforce transformation, business strategy and AI-enabled innovation.
