Neha Mantoo has been named Director – Talent Acquisition (Head – India) at TELUS Digital, a key milestone in her distinguished journey in strategic talent leadership. In this new role, she will drive talent growth strategies to support TELUS Digital’s expansion in India, while spearheading innovative hiring practices to keep pace with the country’s rapidly evolving digital and technology landscape.
Before joining TELUS Digital, Neha served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Gemini, leading the global hiring strategy across India, Singapore, the UK, and the US. She played a pivotal role in strengthening employer branding and enhancing the employee experience to attract top talent. One of her key achievements was establishing the India development center from the ground up, successfully building high-performing teams across multiple locations.
Neha brings over 15 years of experience in building high-impact hiring teams across hypergrowth startups, Big 4 consulting firms, and global tech organizations. She believes that effective hiring goes beyond just filling positions, it’s about shaping the culture, capabilities, and leadership that drive business transformation.
Throughout her career, Neha has led comprehensive talent acquisition and HR transformation initiatives, from overhauling organizational structures and restoring stakeholder confidence to launching global sourcing strategies and employer branding programs. At companies like Uber, Better.com, and nearbuy, she has built high-performing recruiting teams, reduced reliance on external agencies, and instilled discipline in hiring metrics and candidate experience. Neha began her career as an HR Consultant – HRBP and Talent Acquisition at Tech Mahindra, where she gained diverse exposure across both corporate and operational aspects of HR, laying a strong foundation for her future in strategic talent leadership.
