Tejas Networks has appointed Ramanuj Choubey as Global Head, HRBP and HRTech/HRIS, reinforcing the company’s focus on building a future-ready people organisation.
In his new role, Choubey will lead the global people strategy across regions, aligning talent and culture priorities with business objectives spanning R&D, Sales and Marketing, and Corporate functions.
He will also spearhead HR technology modernisation, digital transformation initiatives, automation, and people analytics to strengthen employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
Choubey brings rich experience in HR leadership, having previously held senior roles at Tata Communications, Reliance Capital, Reliance Group, Reliance Communications, Infosys, EXL, and Conneqt Business Solutions. Over the years, he has led global HR business partnering, capability-building initiatives, talent management programmes, and large-scale transformation projects.
