Tata Projects has appointed Aditi Saraswat as Head – Human Resources (Corporate) and Talent Acquisition.
Saraswat has over 16 years of experience and is well-versed in areas like talent acquisition, HR business partnering, performance management, and recruitment analytics. She is known for driving people initiatives and workforce transformation in the EPC, oil & gas, and renewable energy sectors.
Before Tata Projects, Saraswat worked for KEC International for 2 years. She joined the company in December 2023 as Head of Talent Acquisition – COE and then became DGM – Human Resources – Renewables/ Oil & Gas in March 2025.
From July 2021 to December 2023, Saraswat was associated with Sterlite Power as Chief Manager – Talent Acquisition. She was also with Hill International from December 2019 to July 2021 as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – APAC.
For over 8 years, Saraswat was affiliated with McDermott International. She was first appointed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist by the company in August 2011. In May 2017, Saraswat was elevated to the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, a position she retained until December 2019. She also worked for Global Energy Talent from July 2010 to August 2011 as a Relationship Associate – Recruitment.
