Muthukumaran Subramaniyan has joined Tata Electronics as Talent Acquisition Lead. Tata Electronics is a leading global player in the electronics manufacturing sector, rapidly expanding its capabilities across Electronics Manufacturing Services, Semiconductor Assembly and Test, Semiconductor Foundry, and Design Services. In his new role, he will spearhead strategic hiring initiatives, build high-performing teams, and attract top global talent to drive Tata Electronics’ expanding presence in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing space.
Previously, Muthukumaran served as Talent Acquisition Leader at Tessolve, where he led global hiring across India, the US, UK, and Europe—driving scalable and strategic recruitment aligned with business priorities. Over his tenure, he delivered more than 1,595 hires with an impressive 82% joining ratio, playing a pivotal role in advancing organizational growth and stability. In FY’25 alone, he oversaw 916 hires, including a record 291 in a single quarter, and successfully closed 162+ leadership positions across multiple business units.
Overall, Muthukumaran brings over two decades of experience and has previously held leadership roles at Wipro, HCLTech, and Centum Electronics Ltd. He began his career with Spectrum Consulting as a Team Lead, where he led and mentored a team of three members. In this role, he was responsible for headhunting key talent from target companies across India through cold calling and proactively engaging with passive job seekers.
