Tata Digital has appointed Snigdha Singh as its Chief Human Resources Officer, effective July 1, 2026, making her one of the youngest C-suite leaders in the Tata Group’s digital business.
She joins the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to CEO and Managing Director Sajith Sivanandan, and will oversee the people function as the company sharpens its focus on financial services and digital transformation. Her mandate covers talent strategy, organisational effectiveness, culture and leadership development at a time when Tata Neu is resetting its course.
Before this move, Singh was Vice President, HR at Tata Consumer Products, leading Organisation Effectiveness, Culture, CSR and Employee Relations. Prior to that, she spent nearly five years at OYO, moving up through director, assistant vice president and vice president roles in HR.
In her most recent OYO assignment, Singh led the Global Rewards and Mobility Centre of Excellence across India, the US, the UK, Latin America, Europe and Southeast Asia, while also heading HR for the company’s international markets, including Weddingz, Workspaces, Student Housing, and Luxury and Upscale Hotels.
Earlier still, Singh spent over five years at Cipla, leading HR for the respiratory business across North India, Uttar Pradesh and the eastern region, and began her career at Procter & Gamble with more than three years in HR roles across manufacturing operations.
This appointment is part of a broader leadership rebuild at Tata Digital. Singh joins alongside two other new hires, Chief Technology Officer Rajesh Naik and Chief Product Officer Chandramouli Gopalakrishnan, as the company rounds out its executive team following a stretch of restructuring and senior exits. Her predecessor, Janaki Naik, has since moved to Prudential Health India as CHRO.
