Shilpa Reddy has joined Syneos Health India Private Limited as Executive Director – Global People Operations. Before this, she served as India Head – HR at WaferWire Cloud Technologies, where she led strategic initiatives in talent management, change management, and organizational development. She also spearheaded the implementation of HR automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and elevate the employee experience. In this new role, Shilpa will focus on strengthening global people operations, building leadership capabilities, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Overall, she brings over 18 years of extensive experience as a people and culture leader across India and the APAC region. She has played a key role in establishing and developing global HR processes, automation, and shared services, while contributing to HR strategy, productivity enhancement, cultural transformation, and employer branding (EVP). Her expertise spans leveraging technology for efficiency, driving cost optimization, and leading initiatives in organizational development, change management, business excellence, mergers & acquisitions, and talent management.
Shilpa has previously held key HR leadership roles at Newfold Digital, Softenger India Pvt. Ltd., Cuelogic Technologies (an LTIMindtree company), Capgemini, and Vritti Solutions. Throughout her career, she has successfully led mergers and acquisitions, established global capability centers (GCCs), and driven large-scale culture transformation initiatives, consistently aligning HR excellence with organizational growth and success. Academically, Shilpa has completed the Senior Executive Development Program in Building Future CHROs from XLRI Jamshedpur (Feb 2022 – Nov 2022), specializing in Human Resources Development.
