Swiggy has appointed Rasika Wankhede as Manager – HR Business Partner.
“It’s been a month since I turned a new page in my career, and as I settle into my role at Swiggy, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible journey that brought me here — my time at Tata Electronics,” Wankhede shared on LinkedIn.
“From contributing to building the Talent Management framework and strengthening the Rewards culture, to my enriching stint as an HRBP at the plant and leading CSR initiatives, every experience added a new dimension to my learning journey.”
Wankhede had been with Tata Electronics for five months before she joined Swiggy. She started working for Tata Electronics in May 2025 as a Management Trainee and also took up the role of Deputy Manager HR in June 2025.
From July 2022 to May 2023, Wankhede was with Sapphire XLRI as a Junior Executive Member. Before that, she was associated with ACI Worldwide. Wankhede started working for the company in July 2019 as an Associate Software Engineer. She then became a Quality Assurance Engineer in April 2021, a position she retained until July 2021. Additionally, Wankhede worked for Hinge from October 2015 to August 2016 as a Marketing Coordinator.
Wankhede has an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. She pursued the degree from June 2022 to July 2024, focusing on HR and HR strategy.
