Supreme Group has appointed Amol Warty as Vice President, Human Resources.

Prior to joining Supreme Group, Warty was a part of Wipro PARI from October 2023 to February 2026 as Head of Human Resources – India. He was also associated with Circular Angle from June 2023 to September 2023 as Practice Lead – HR Consulting. Warty was with Crane India from May 2019 to June 2023 as Director – Human Resources.
For over 12 years, Warty was part of Thermax, though not consecutively. He first served as Human Resources Business Partner from May 2006 to October 2010. Warty rejoined the company in October 2010 as Manager (Head, Compensation & Benefits) – Corporate – Human Resources, and then became Group Head – Human Resources for the Boilers & Heaters Business Unit in March 2014.
In July 2010, Warty joined Lear Automotive India as Manager Corporate – Human Resources. He was also with Garware Wall Ropes from February 2005 to April 2006 as Assistant Manager, Human Resources. Additionally, Warty has worked for 3P Consultants, Team Value Profiling Services, and Condot Systems.
