Suparna Mitra will be joining TeamLease Services as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective February 2026.
Mitra will be succeeding Ashok Reddy, the current MD and CEO of TeamLease Services. Reddy will be stepping down to take up the role of executive vice-chairman, and will help Mitra with a seamless transition and insights for long-term strategy, horizontal projects and building adjacencies. Since March 2024, Mitra has also been serving as a Member of Swiggy’s Board of Directors.
Vice-chairman Manish Sabharwal will also step down from his executive responsibilities, but will continue as a non-executive non-independent director. Narayan Ramachandran will continue to serve as the company’s Chairman.
“This transition is the logical next step for Manish and me. Our executive roles were always distinct from our board member and shareholder roles, which continue. The next orbit for Teamlease – higher margins, faster growth and institutionalisation – will benefit from leadership instincts that are fresh and different from ours,’ said Reddy. “Suparna brings a powerful combination of strategic thinking, consumer insight, and technology orientation that accelerates TeamLease’s mission of putting India to Work.

For 19 years, Mitra had been associated with Titan Company. She first joined as Global Marketing Head- Titan in February 2006. In April 2012, Mitra became Business Head- South, a position she held until June 2015. Mitra rejoined Titan Company in April 2019 as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer- watches and accessories division, and then became Chief Executive Officer, Watches and Wearables Division in April 2020. She retained the latter role until August 2025.
