Deepak Bhandari has been named Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Sugam Group, a leading player in transportation and third-party logistics (3PL) solutions. In his new role, Deepak will focus on creating a purpose-driven, future-ready, and people-centric workplace. He aims to drive business excellence while nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and trust.
Prior to this, Deepak was Chief Human Resources Officer at Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He brings over two decades of experience in driving strategic growth, organizational transformation, and cultural evolution. His expertise spans all stages of business—from greenfield projects and start-ups to turnarounds—enabling him to address the unique challenges and opportunities of each phase effectively.
As a senior HR and business leader, he has led strategic leadership and governance initiatives, restructured operational frameworks, and spearheaded organizational and cultural transformation. Deepak has also introduced a professional executive structure, implemented comprehensive business and HR transformation programs, and designed innovative talent retention strategies.
Deepak has held key HR and leadership roles at Morphogenesis, InterGlobe Technology Quotient – Careers, DREAM India Edu Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Superior Group of Companies. A Commerce and Management graduate with a PGDHRM from IIM Lucknow, he is BEI-certified and brings deep expertise in HR Analytics and Employee Engagement. Beyond his technical expertise, Deepak is passionate about mentoring future leaders and nurturing talent at every level.
