Straive has promoted Sathish Poovazhagan to Director – Human Resources (HR).

Poovazhagan joined Straive in January 2017 as a Senior Manager. He was then promoted to the role of Assistant Director in November 2023.
With over 10 years of experience in HR operations and business partnership, Poovazhagan is well-versed in talent acquisition, employee orientation, payroll processing, performance management, employee engagement, attrition analysis and other HR analytics.
In April 2015, Poovazhagan joined SPi Technologies as Deputy Manager, Human Resources and was then promoted to Manager, Human Resources in April 2016. Poovazhagan was also a part of Laserwords, first as a Human Resources Executive from January 2008 to March 2010. He rejoined the company in April 2011 as Senior Executive, Human Resources, and then became Assistant Manager, Human Resources, in April 2013.
