STL Digital has appointed Aritra Sarkar as Global HR Head.
“I’m pleased to share that I have joined STL Digital as the Global Head – Human Resources,” Sarkar shared on LinkedIn. “As STL Digital enters its next phase of growth and transformation, the mandate is clear – build leadership depth, future-ready capabilities, and a high-performance culture that scales globally and sustainably.”

Prior to joining STL Digital, Sarkar was affiliated with GlobalLogic India. From May 2022 to January 2026, she worked for the company as Human Resources Director | HR Head – Technology.
Sarkar was with Capgemini for over 8 years, though not consecutively. She first joined the company in August 2010 as HR Business Partner- Senior Consultant 1. In August 2012, Sarkar was given the role of HR Business Partner – Team Lead | Senior Consultant 2, but she left in August 2015. Sarkar rejoined Capgemini in September 2018 as HR Manager and then became Senior Manager | HR Head – North Central Europe (NCE) in May 2021.
From January 2018 to September 2018, Sarkar worked for Verint as an HR Manager | HR Head (South). She was also associated with Cerner Corporation from September 2015 to May 2017 as HR Business Partner | Regional HR Leader. Sarkar was with Wipro Technologies from November 2006 to July 2010 as an HR Executive.
