Stemz Healthcare has appointed Neetu Sidana Thapliyal as Global Head of People and Culture.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Global Head of People and Culture at Stemz Healthcare! Here’s to the start of a new chapter!” Thapliyal shared on LinkedIn.
In her new role, Thapliyal will be leading HR for all countries, locations and lines of business. She will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that align with the organisational goals and values, as well as enhancing the human capital of the organisation.
Prior to joining Stemz Healthcare, Thapliyal was a part of Forvis Mazars Group. From January 2022 to October 2025, he worked at the company as a Director & Head – Human Resources.
“As I wrap up my chapter at Forvis Mazars in India today, I’m reflecting on the privilege of working with exceptional colleagues and leaders who live our values every day,” Thapliyal shared in her farewell post.
“From building people programs and strengthening governance to cheering on countless team wins—this journey has shaped me professionally and personally. Thank you for the trust, collaboration, and camaraderie,” she added. “I’m proud of what we created together and excited for what comes next.”
For over 10 years, Thapliyal was associated with EY. She started working at the company in October 2015 as Manager – Talent Consulting. This was followed by her appointment as Assistant Director – Strategic Talent Consultant in September 2018. In January 2021, Thapliyal was named Assistant Director – Talent Development.
Thapliyal has also been affiliated with Max New York Life Insurance. She was appointed as a Management Trainee in May 2009 and, in June 2010, became Assistant Manager – C&B and PMS.
