Stashfin has appointed Rashmi Priya as the new Head of HR and Administration, which marks a significant milestone for the fintech company as it aims to strengthen its people-management capabilities while it grows.
This appointment comes at a time when Stashfin focuses on the creation of a more structured and future-ready skilled workforce. According to a People Matters report, the new appointment is aimed at sharpening its talent strategy, supporting culture-building efforts and bolstering productivity in the competitive market of digital lending.
In the new role, Priya will bring her extensive experience in workforce management, people analytics and employee engagement, coupled with HR operations and employee experience initiatives.
Priya’s work involved data-based decision-making, enabling transparent communication and building trust, which is a crucial thing for a fintech in the current market scenario. Thus, Stashfin expects her to combine her analytical rigour and people-centric leadership to support its broader ambition of scaling responsibly while maintaining a cohesive culture.
Previously, she has worked in leadership roles with IIFL Home Loans and Axis Bank, from where she draws her experience of leading a financial company’s workforce.
