Starbucks India has appointed Sakshee Sud as People Director & Head of Human Resources (HR).

Sud has over 15 years of experience leading global teams across diverse industries, adept at managing change and building high-performance cultures to drive sustainable business results. Recently, she was featured in the 40 Under 40 Awards 2025 Edition of the HRAI Magazine.
Prior to joining Starbucks India, Sud had been associated with Beiersdorf. She joined the company in July 2022 as Head HR (Nivea) – Corporate & Global Functions and CoE Lead – Talent & DEI, and became Director & Head – Human Resources in January 2025.
From August 2021 to June 2022, Sud was associated with CK Birla Group as Group Talent Lead. She had also been a part of MSD from May 2015 to August 2021 as Sr. HR Business Partner. Additionally, Sud was affiliated with Vodafone India from November 2013 to May 2015.
In the past, Sud has worked for ICICI Bank as L&D Manager (September 2012 to November 2013) and with Infosys as Business Partner – HR (May 2010 to September 2012). She also has an MBA in HR from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
