Nakul Ahluwalia has taken over as Head – People and Culture at SPJ Group. Prior to this, he was Vice President – HR at Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd.

Mr. Ahluwalia has been instrumental in leading cultural transformations and enhancing operational efficiency in human capital interventions. Previously, he has held several key management positions at prominent companies, including Colliers Ltd., Ansal Group, Spaze Group, and Oreon India Pvt. Ltd., where he gained extensive experience in leadership roles.”
Nakul brings over two decades of extensive experience in leading and managing Human Resources. He has a strong background in applying progressive HR practices with global exposure across multiple geographies. Known for revamping and implementing innovative HR initiatives, he has helped organizations streamline processes and unlock growth opportunities. Nakul has also played a key role in driving organizational development, building strong HR business partnerships, and enhancing employee engagement in culture-driven workplaces.
He has also served in several senior management roles at leading organizations such as Colliers Ltd., Spaze Group, HP, and Oreon India Pvt. Ltd., where he built extensive leadership experience.
