Spark Minda has promoted Sandeep Bist to Head of Talent Acquisition.

With over 15 years of experience, Bist is well-versed in the manufacturing and auto ancillary industry operations. He is an expert in aligning employee engagement initiatives and relations, talent acquisition, and planning to meet the company’s talent objectives. Additionally, Bist is known for developing a comfortable environment for the employees through a culture of reward, motivation and recognition.

Bist’s areas of expertise include talent acquisition, management and retention, training and development, employee engagement, and industrial relations. His other skills include performance management systems, reward and recognition systems, employer branding and communication, HR policies and procedures, and corporate compliance.

Bist is a boomerang Spark Minda employee. He first joined the company in July 2018 as a Human Resources Manager. This was the position Bist retained until December 2021, when he left the company. From December 2021 to June 2022, Bist worked as Senior Manager Corporate Human Resources for MOTUL.

In June 2022, Bist returned to Spark Minda as a Senior Human Resources Manager. He was then promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition in August 2025.

As the new Head of Talent Acquisition, Bist will oversee leadership hirings, employer branding and stakeholder management, with a focus on process improvements and right fitment as per the company’s needs.

From March 2016 to June 2018, Bist worked for RACL Geartech Limited (Formerly Raunaq Automotive Components Limited) as Deputy Manager. Before that, he was a part of Oerlikon Graziano Trasmissioni India as Senior Executive Human Resources from June 2012 to February 2016. Bist was also associated with Prearey Lall and Sons from January 2011 to June 2012 as Executive -HR and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
