Sony Pictures Networks India has elevated Manu Wadhwa to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer, Administration and Facilities
In her expanded role, Wadhwa will oversee HR, administration and facilities functions, driving organisational effectiveness, workplace transformation and people-centric governance across the company.
She brings a strong global perspective to the role, with extensive experience in HR transformation, change management, digital innovation, talent development and mergers and acquisitions across diverse geographies and business environments.
Before joining Sony Pictures Networks India, Wadhwa served as CHRO – India & South West Asia at The Coca-Cola Company, where she played a key role in leading large-scale people and organisational transformation initiatives.
Her earlier career includes senior leadership assignments at American Express and GE, where she worked as Head of Global HR Transformation & Capabilities, building enterprise-wide HR operating models and future-ready talent frameworks. She began her professional journey with organisations such as Mahyco and Tata Tele Business Services.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Wadhwa is an active contributor to the broader HR and business ecosystem. She is closely associated with industry bodies, including the All India Management Association (AIMA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and SHRM India, serving on multiple national advisory boards and leadership committees.
