SolarEdge Technologies has appointed Bhawish Awasthy as Director – Human Resources (HR) & Talent Management.

His work will help us deepen our company culture, empower teams, and align people and purpose to accelerate innovation,” the company added.
Prior to this, Awasthy had been serving as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for CLASS, having taken up the role in January 2020. From January 2019 to December 2019, he served as General Manager – Human Resources for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
In January 2013, Awasthy joined India YAMAHA Motor as General Manager – Human Resources and held the role for six years. He was also associated with CNH from September 2011 to January 2013 as Senior Manager – Human Resources. In the past, he has also worked for Bharti Infratel as Senior Manager – Human Resources and for Honda Motorcycle & Scooter as Head of Human Resources.
