Ajay More has been appointed as Head of HR, Global Business Services (GBS) India at Sodexo. In his new role, he will lead GBS’s talent strategy, capability development, operational excellence, employee engagement, and strategic business partnerships to drive both people and business growth. Previously, Ajay served as AVP – Human Resources at Sodexo.
Ajay brings nearly two decades of experience across Sodexo, JLL, Philips & Electrolux, and American Tower Corp. Since joining Sodexo in 2018, he has held key positions including HRBP for Corporate Services India and HR Lead for Strategic Accounts. As Lead HR at Philips & Electrolux Ltd., he was responsible for Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Strategic Hiring, Operational Excellence, Employee Relations, Engagement & Benefits, Performance Management, PIP, MIS, and Succession Planning. At American Tower Corp as Assistant Manager – HR, he handled Strategic Hiring aligned with AOP, Employee Relations & Engagement, Pre-Merger Due Diligence and Post-Merger Transition Planning, Statutory Compliance, Payroll Administration, Performance Management, and MIS/Monthly HR Dashboards. His early experience includes serving as Assistant Manager – HR at ESS DEE Aluminium, where he managed Hiring, Employee Engagement & Communication Programs, Training Modules, Employee Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll Administration, and Statutory Compliance.
