Simpplr has named Amit Badkas as Director – HR, India. In a LinkedIn post, Amit shared his excitement about the role, writing:

“Hi, So happy to share that I have joined SIMPPLR as Director – Human Resources for India. Look forward to working with and having some great conversations with the best technologists in the space of Employee Experience platforms. Another update which was overdue for sometime. I completed the ‘Associate Certified Coach’ credential of International Coaching Federation. “

Commenting on the appointment, Dhiraj Sharma, Founder and CEO of Simpplr, said:

Before joining Simpplr, Amit served as Director – Human Resources, India at MaxLinear. Before that, he spent eight years with Mandiant (acquired by Google). Here he was instrumental in scaling the India operations across Bangalore and Pune, overseeing acquisition integrations, and later serving as Global HR Business Partner for the engineering team. During his tenure, Mandiant India was honored as one of the Top 50 Best Employers in India by the Great Place to Work Institute in 2020.

Overall, Amit brings over 20 years of HR experience across leading global organizations, including Oracle, Dell, ABN AMRO Bank, and Wipro. His expertise covers HR business partnering, talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation, and M&A integration. He is also a certified Executive Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
