Signpost India Appoints Swati Sinha as Head HR

Swati Sinha has recently been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Signpost India, a leading media-tech enterprise that harnesses technology, creativity, and data-driven insights to redefine the future of out-of-home (OOH) advertising. The company caters to over 1,500 brands across more than 90 industries, delivering immersive, AI-driven media solutions at strategic consumer touchpoints including workplaces, transit hubs, shopping malls, and entertainment venues.

 In her new role, Swati will lead people-focused strategies, strengthen the organizational culture, and contribute to the company’s growth through impactful HR initiatives.

She shared news of her appointment on LinkedIn, writing: “I have joined Signpost India as the Head – Human Resources. Signpost India is a leading media – tech enterprise, leveraging technology, creativity, and data-driven insights to shape the future of OOH. I’m excited to be part of this journey to drive people centric strategies, foster a strong organizational culture and support company’s growth through impactful HR initiatives.”

Swati joins Signpost India from Gensol Group, where she served as Senior Consultant – Human Resources. With over two decades of experience, she has held leadership roles across prominent organisations including Sterlite Power, Accenture, Tektronix India, and Satyam. Academically, she holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.
