Shivtek Spechemi has appointed Pankaj Pandey as Head of Human Resources (HR), effective June 2025.
In his new role, Pandey will oversee the HR operations within Shivtek Spechemi. He will primarily focus on building an inclusive, people-first workplace, aligning with the company’s vision of creating a high-performance, future-ready organisation.
With over 11 years of experience as an HR professional, Pandey is well-versed in HR operations, policy formulation, stakeholder management, and employee relations. He has strong technical/business knowledge and understanding of technical/non-technical requirements.
Before joining Shivtek Spechemi, Pandey was associated with WEN Energy Systems. From July 2023 to June 2025, he worked at the company as an HR Manager.
Pandey was a part of KPMG India from January 2021 to June 2023, having held the role of Manager, HRBP. Before that, he worked for Digipeergo Tech as an HR Manager from December 2019 to December 2020.
In December 2016, Pandey joined GoobyFlight Travels as a Team Leader and held that role until December 2019. He was also associated with Unnati Employment Exchange from June 2014 to December 2016 as a senior HR member of the team.
