Isha Kukreja has been promoted to Director, Talent at ShipBob, a leading global supply chain platform. Over her nearly four-year tenure with the company, she has been instrumental in driving ShipBob’s India Talent strategy.
In her previous role as Senior Manager (Talent & Onboarding), Isha focused on coaching, mentoring, and guiding Leads and Recruiters across both tech and non-tech functions, while also offering strategic insights for hiring in specialized and niche areas. She has championed data-driven recruitment, tracking key metrics such as time to hire, quality of hire, candidate experience, diversity hiring, and employee referral contributions. Additionally, she has played a key role in the performance and growth of the Talent Acquisition team. Isha has also served as a strategic talent acquisition advisor to department leaders in both India and the US, supporting functions such as Technology, Merchant Care, Supply Chain, Revenue, and G&A. She has played a key role in helping these teams scale effectively across geographies.
Prior to joining ShipBob, Isha spent over four years at PeopleStrong as a Senior Manager – RPO. In this role, she led project and program management for multiple RPO clients, overseeing both IT and non-IT hiring across a range of levels including entry-level, lateral, campus, and executive roles. She supported talent needs across diverse industries such as engineering, hospitality, IT staffing, insurance, and e-commerce.
Isha has also worked with MyRefers and Infollion Research, where she led large-scale recruitment operations and managed strategic consulting mandates, further broadening her expertise across diverse hiring models and business functions. Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
