Xpheno has appointed Sharin Kariappa as Head of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Programs, marking the launch of its dedicated RPO vertical. A specialist staffing firm, Xpheno partners with over 200 marquee clients across industries, offering services such as Permanent Hiring, Contract2Hire, IT Staff Augmentation, Executive Search, and Sales & Engineering Staffing. With operations in India and the USA, the company has deployed more than 28,000 professionals and supported 30+ greenfield MNCs in RPO mode.
In his new role leading RPO programs, Sharin will focus on:
- Designing and scaling high-performance RPO solutions
- Creating agile delivery frameworks aligned to client priorities
- Driving process excellence through technology and data insights
- Strengthening client partnerships and stakeholder experience

Previously, she served as Vice President – Talent Acquisition (RPO) at ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP, where she managed end-to-end recruitment and delivered comprehensive talent acquisition solutions, including strategic workforce planning. She also spent a decade with CBSI Global. Academically, Sharin holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Madras.
